「Apartment was clean and tidy. Check in:check out was easy! It was super convenient for subway, Chelsea market, and the upper line. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions are some paint from prior water damage and the microwave was very difficult to operate (might benefit from a replacement).」

It was perfect--the space, cleanliness, amenities, safety, location, communication... After a long day of walking NYC with all of its amazing energy and stimulation, it was a wonderful feeling returning to the sanctuary that is this apartment. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, and is equipped with everything that we needed during our 5-night stay....

「Nice area in the Upper Eastside - 60s. Short walk to subways at 63 & Lex. Convenient small markets and a Trader Joe's nearby. Great restaurants all around.Comfortable bed, easy access with "latch" app. We had a business meeting within a 5 minute walk.」

「Perfect location in the East Village. Nice that it is on the first floor so you are not having to climb lots of stairs. Great for 2 people. Check in was super easy and apartment was very clean. Building entrance was clean and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Host is very easy to communicate with. Kitchen and close proximity to Wegmans for groceries could be helpful to some. Bed was very comfy and water pressure was great. Overall a really good stay. Great place to come in and out of...
