「Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench」

「My son and I go every year. He even said the luster was gone. Both the restaurant and main pool were closed for remodel. I can see one or the other, but both major amenities? My son loves the burgers there and was disappointed. He always loved playing in the pool - couldn’t do that either. Nothing on their website stating anything was closed. No discount of any kind for the room. The room was actually more expensive than last year. I just felt bad seeing the disappointment on his face.」

「When I tried to fill the bathtub with hot water, the hot water came out of the shower (upper) even though I had switched the valve to the bathtub (lower). I think the switching valve is broken. The room was clean and everything else was good.」

「The lodge was perfect for my motorcycle trip to Julian. Perfect place to wind down after a long day of riding in the area. If you are not a social person it might not be the place for you, because all common areas are to be shared. (Living room, kitchen, deck). But if you are passing through and wand a place with incredible views, peace, quiet and good coffee in the morning, this place is great. Hickers, Moto Riders, Cyclists. Feels like the right vibe.」

「名前の通り西部開拓時代を彷彿とさせる、素敵なB&Bです。床鳴りがする古い無垢の床もなんとも歴史を感じます。 西部劇の舞台のような佇まいと古さながら、清掃は行き渡っていて清潔でした。 ホテルスタッフの方も親切で、レストランで食べきれず持ち帰ったものを翌日出発まで冷蔵庫で預かってくださいました。 朝食はホームメイドのシリアルとワッフルに、名物のリンゴのコンフォートが添えてあり、とても美味しかったです。ジュリアンでのんびりしたい時には、とてもおすすめの宿です！」
