"Place was okay, service good "

"The property itself is nice, unfortunately we were not told nor was it announced on theiror website that their lazy river would be closed until 04/17/2026.Very dissapointed that was the main reason why I booked it to enjoy with my GIRL.Anyhow I had to go through the hassle of calling them and asking for my resort fee back,which they stated they would do.We have been to HARRAHS on a few occasions for their lazy river and has not been a disappointment,we thought we give this place a chance.Unfortunately we were dissapointed."

"Upgraded to 2 bedroom, no coffee maker, barely any silverware, only 2 coffee cups, no kitchen supplies such as paper towels or sponge for dishes. Dishwasher full of water. Second bedroom had no hot water so they all showered in our bathroom sadly. No extra toilet paper available. Pool was out of order and the breakfast pancake machine was broken, limited offerings at 7:15am "

"We live a couple hours out of San Diego but have friends in the area. This is our go-to hotel for every visit. The location is great, and it’s a consistently good experience."

" Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Hotel is located by a small park with walking trail and pond, great for walks. Friendly reception staff. "

"Hotel was being refurbished during our stay. Our room had already been refurbished and was very pleasant. Staff was very pleasant."

"El desayuno es muy básico (yo no lo llamaría desayuno), la habitación es amplia y cómoda, el establecimiento y los alrededores se sienten seguros, mi viaje era por 4 noches y terminamos extendiendo la estadía a 6 noches. Me entregaron la habitación muy limpia, el único pero es que tienen una politica de aseo de 3 niveles (1 toallas, 2 room refresh y 3 full clean every 3thrd day), en resumen y aunque se los pedí expresamente (cambiar algunas toallas y sacar la basura) no hicieron nada de eso hasta el 4 día."

"The pictures online are very misleading and do not represent the actual Inn. Free breakfast was also advertisted and there was no breakfast. Half the lights in our room were missing lightbulbs, we also had a section missing for outlets. We were told that room service would come ever other day, but we did not see them once in our 5 day, 4 night stay. There was a cockroach and a dirty bandaid. If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head at night, this is the place for you. But beware, very misleading advertisements."
