"This place is truly wonderful and peaceful and secluded even though there are other homes close by. The amenities are great such as the hot tub and the cat walk leading to the sitting deck up in the trees. The owner is very welcoming and meticulously details anything you may have questions about. I found the steps up to the cabin really did not seem there were as many as noted because they are short steps. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is my favorite. The place is as advertised and I encountered no disappointments."

"The rental was much smaller than anticipated. No TV. One coffee cup and the shower needed a good scrubbing. The skylight view seemed charming but there was a satellite dish that blocked the full view of the sky and it would’ve been helpful if the main house turned off their porch light at night for optimal star gazing. Wasn’t worth the rental price. "

"Property is in a beautiful area. The house was truly one-of-a-kind. The sunken living room / fireplace was a trip back in time — groovy! The expansive grounds were a treat. The owner’s house was on the property but privacy was never an issue. The weather, while we were there, was perfect. There were plenty of things to do and explore in the area. We drove through the spectacular blooming desert. One or two quibbles: kitchen could have used salt& pepper, a signal booster for the Wi-Fi wouldn’t have gone amiss and though coffee was provided there was no creamer or sweetener. But, overall, we would highly recommend this place to any and all."
