There was a man living out of his car parked right outside my room. There were two tweakers hanging outside the hotel all night commenting every time I walked by. Super sketchy.

Room was ok for what we got. Wevbooked an accessible king room. There were none eventhough parking lot was empty. Carpet was literally frayed between room and bathroom. TV didnt work right and huge space around the doors. Light and cold and probably the vermin could come in Nut it was clean and i was tired

It was very convenient for us

We needed something close to Campo and this fit the bill. The staff was excellent. Room could use some upgrading, but all in all, for this location, there are really not many choices.

Back Country Inn Motel is quite the accurate description. It is the last possible accommodation before the Imperial County line and before the descent into the desert. It’s small, tidy, and welcoming.

It's time for the steel bars to go..

For a location just outside San Diego, it was good. Inexpensive room, with outdated bathroom, but all else was good. Clean room, working a/c, TV and fridge. Staff check in was very good, but the outdoor check-in with steel bars on the window, heavy screen, and black duct taped hole to pass credit card and room key through needs to go! The clerk said it was for COVID, but that's a worn out excuse..it made me feel like I was checking into a dangerous, crime-ridden neighborhood, which it is not.

Barking dog woke me up, heater was sub par. Bathroom door knob didn’t work and would lock you in if you managed to get it closed. Water was very hard. (They need a water softener). The bathroom sink faucet was lose and felt like it was going to fall off. Water pressure was good. Room was clean enough, small flat screen tv, 32” approx.

The property of the place was dirty & sketchy but the room believe it or not was clean. The room was not ready at the check in time & wasnt ready after an hour after check in time!! Would not go back.

The office wasn’t open, had to call number to get someone to check in. They charge you daily. Nice and clean, except for the chair had stains. No mirror in bathroom, no coffee pot. Has Internet, but have to ask for PW. No cafe, no ice machine. Staff was nice. Nearest food is 4 miles west to Casino.
