「Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! 」

「Clean indoors, entry to basement apt could use a fresh coat of paint. Would recommend keypad entry instead of actual key. For the one evening we were there, it was sufficient. Only used the apt for a place to sleep.」

「Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro.」

「Very clean and conveniently located. Neighborhood was relatively quiet. Host was extremely accessible and helpful. We had a few minor hiccups that Carlton fixed immediately. Highly recommend!」

「Everything exactly as depicted and described. Hosts were helpful and fast to respond.」

「Location was fantastic, very pleasant neighborhood. Easy walk to Van Ness Metro station on the Red line. Rod was a great host and a quick communicator. This isn't a huge space, but it fit our family of 4 just fine for our DC trip, If you are parking on the street, get as far over as possible and turn your mirrors in. It is a 2 way street but only 1 lane wide with cars parked on either side. Don't be surprised if your car gets dinged, our did. That said, the location was so good, we would...

「We had a wonderful 3-night stay with our family. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. The host Etienne was always in touch with any questions.. The location was excellent - just walking distance to many restaurants, yet in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood, making it easy to relax. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place was well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again on...

「Basement apartment with bugs and rats. Would not come back here. There is a family that lives upstairs and you can hear them like they’re in the same apartment as you.」

「This place was the perfect location for visiting a friend in the DC area. It was clean, had all the amenities listed plus other supplies we didn’t think to bring for the weekend. Our host Kelly and her husband were kind and checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. I would definitely book here.」
