"Hotel is in a great location. The area is safe, many things are within walking distance. Hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast adequate. My room 909 had a beautiful view and was clean. Shortcomings were the stained towels, and the need for quality pillows for a good night’s rest. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Muy buena localización si a lo que vas es para fiestar, ya que toda la calle esta llena de negocios. Deben mejorar la seguridad al frente, hay muchas perdonas pidiendo o vendiendo y se te acercan (de noche). Muy limpio, incluye desayunos, pero debes pedir bastante cantidad (si estas acostumbrado a comer bastante) desde la primera vez, pues no te permiten repetir. Por lo demás todo bien."

"I recently stayed at Blue Suites Hotel for 3 nights and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, which made the stay even more relaxing and comfortable. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained daily throughout our stay. All staff members were kind, welcoming, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. We also added breakfast to our reservation, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the stay — fresh, enjoyable, and a great way to start each morning. The rooftop restaurant was another standout feature. The atmosphere was excellent and made for a really pleasant experience during the evenings. Although an upgrade was unfortunately not available during our stay, the hotel kindly offered us a late checkout until 1 PM as a thoughtful gesture, which we truly appreciated. On checkout day, the communication regarding the late checkout did not seem to be fully passed on, so we felt a little rushed in the end, but it was not a major issue and was handled politely. Overall, I would rate this stay an 9/10. The comfort, cleanliness, location, and welcoming staff made for a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future."

"Everything was satisfactory until the morning of checkout. My wife went for a run in the morning, and the bellboy ran after her to ask if she was going to check out, as if she intended to steal from the premises. This occurred at 9:30am, although check-out was not until 12 p.m. After we completed the checkout process, the bellboy refused to assist us with our luggage. He merely watched as I carried the luggage down the stairs and into the taxi, without offering any help or taking any action. I believe that hotels should exercise great caution in their hiring procedures. Although it was a holiday in Colombia, it is not the guest’s fault if an employee is having a bad day."
