Fantastic experience overall. Clean and spacious rooms with an incredible lake view. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Would definitely stay here again
Porto Marina offers the perfect blend of nature and comfort. The views of the Guatapé reservoir are breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the food is surprisingly great. Special shoutout to the staff, who were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Can't wait to come back
I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. The property was amazing, and the views were truly exceptional.
I was also very impressed by the quality of the food, which was consistently excellent. Most importantly, your staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
The property felt very private with an amazing view amazing amenities, the food was great the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would consider to stay again soon thank you very much.
AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! The solitude and breathtaking views fed my soul. The staff, service, and cuisine met all expectations. The nightly and private on-deck fires completed the satisfying day.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have been better.

Very nice and clean property to relax. Staff was excellent and provided a very good service. We enjoyed our stay and were made welcome from the beginning. Even Days before checkin they were in contact with us. Communication is excellent to guests.
Great Hotel food was amazing the staff is always looking for ways to please you. The Hotel has 3 special memebers called Migo, La mona and a new one that we couldn't name when you go make sure you take care of them definetly recommend this Hotel
What a charming stay. They served us breakfast in our room that was included in the price. All cabins have private hot tubs and they come around at night and build a fire for you with marshmallows to roast! The on-site restaurant has reasonable prices and quality food plus a daily happy hour. We’d stay here again. Great Lake view as well.
This is the perfect spot to disconnect from society and recharge your batteries. It is very peaceful and the staff is super helpful in all your needs. Waking up and seeing the lake is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend and will be back some day.
Our time in Guátape and in the hotel Porto marina was fantastic.. we stay a night and I wish we stayed more time.. the food, the marinas(rooms), their services as the boats, the employees everything was excellent
NOT KID FRIENDLY! Our bystay was exceptional. The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. The only minor concern was the view from the first cabin when you arrive at the resort, on the second level, where some debris was visible to the right. FYI if you plan on using jacuzzi, it takes about 2-3 hours to fill. Overall, a fantastic experience.
This place is absolutely amazing!!! I travel the world and this is the first place I’ve been to where you get the rustic cabin feel but with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Excursions, bar, restaurant with great food and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

The biggest downside was the lack of privacy. Many of the cabins are very close together and face the same direction, so you can clearly see and hear your neighbors. It didn’t feel like the secluded escape that’s advertised.
There were also some safety and maintenance issues in our cabin. The stairs to the upper level/jacuzzi had no handrail and weren’t lit at night, which felt risky. Inside, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the sliding patio door kept coming off track and was difficult to secure. The minibar was well stocked with snacks, but oddly no coffee—even though there was a kettle.
That said, the positives: the food was excellent, room service was fast with generous portions, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having La Pausa next door for additional dining options was also a plus.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements—especially around privacy and maintenance—this place could be amazing.
