"Super cute hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was really yummy. However, the mattress our bed had felt like springs a little tough on the body and the top sheet was in the closet so we didn’t have it on the bed and we woke up freezing in the middle of the night and couldn’t find our top sheet."

"Very helpful accommodating staff, Very Clean rooms, Amazing lounge area. A+++ Let me start off by saying this place has one of the most pleasant, warm and helpful staff I have recently experienced. Cindy the manager is a star and communicated so well and so clearly with us that even though we arrived on two different flights and my wife arrived five hours earlier than me the check in went absolutely smoothly and she felt welcome and safe. The rooms were well maintained and very very clean which is very important for us. Beds were very comfortable and the staff even decorated the room for us without being asked. The lounge area is amazing and a great place to relax. In short we had a wonderful stay. Very helpful accommodating staff. Very clean rooms. Amazing lounge area. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is WONDERFUL!!! All you can ask for is provided. GREAT air conditioned rooms with the best bedding, delicious and freshly made to order foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a variety of relaxing spa treatments and are in the perfect location right near Train Street and other hot spots. And if you want to work out a bit there is a small gym area right off the pool over looking the city. Finally, however not least of course, they provide incredible customer service starting from the moment you walk in ——to sadly when you have to eventually leave. They have it all! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is truly one of a kind! To anyone reading this— DO NOT MISS OUT on staying at this amazing hotel and/or going to their spa or restaurant!!! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is the absolute best!!!
