"On checking out, I asked the next airport shuttle time and they said there won't be another one till 10:00am. and that was 9:00am. Obviously, if you are going to the airport, you have to make a reservation. And they don't tell you that upon check-in. No empathy from the staff. They go pick up a guest to the airport, if they call. But they don't run a service if a guest wants to leave."

"Dallas空港、2番出口すぐにホテルのシャトルバス乗り場があります。15から30分に一本バスがあり便利です。 ダウンタウン市内も空港からシルバーLINEで50分程かかりますが直通で行かれます。大抵の有名観光地は行かれます。市内からは離れますが、時間に余裕のある方、朝早いフライトの方にはおすすめです。 ホテル自体は新しいホテルではありませんが、綺麗に内装され、十分すぎる広さがあり快適でした。エレベーターホール近くに製氷機と電子レンジが嬉しいです。 また宿泊したいと言っています。"

"Although there was a problem that somehow the reservation information had been lost, it was not the hotel's fault and they were very gentlemanly about it. The hospitality was excellent, including the hotel facilities."

"This hotel is not clean. The room was dusty. The bathtub did not drain properly and the shower curtain was moldy. The jacuzzi at the pool had a moldy smell."
