"We were lucky to get an early check in and an upgraded room on the top floor. Hotel a little dated but looks recently renovated. Room a great size, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing! Parking easy in atrium carpark next door. Great location in central city. Would stay again."

"On our arrival there was a weird smell in our room and I don’t know if it was cleaning products or that the room wasn’t clean enough for it however the next day when we had housekeeping it was great when we got back into the room after a day out The staff was very welcoming thank you to receptionists who were very approachable and helped on our first interaction - unable to know her name but she was there and helped us get a room that was by the sky tower due to the kids . Also being able to leave our bags at the front when we arrived too early for our room to be ready that really helped us and also when leaving when we wanted to get breakfast on final day but didn’t want to take our bags around with us thank you for accomodating."

"The breakfast buffet was incredible had the widest selection of foods and drinks, there was a juicer, where you make your own juices out of the fresh fruit provided, and an automatic pancake machine, that at the press of a button made pancakes. There was also a whole smores pot which was amazing!! The pool, spa and sauna was also a highlight. It was very clean and enjoyable to use!"

"Across the street from the pier to Waiheke Island, walking distance to Viaduct Harbour, and Wyndham Quarter, not to mention direct in-building access to Commercial Bay shopping mall, and the numerous eateries within the mall - I'm not sure what more you can ask for in terms of location! The property is modern, stylish renovations (bathroom tiles to mini-bar closet). The only area for improvement- more closet space. Great breakfast menu dishes at the hotel restaurant too."

"Very nice room. Loved how dark the room could be for sleeping, very quiet and spacious (especially the bathroom) too. If I were to nitpick, the bathroom could do with a softer lighting option at night."
