Friendly and efficient staff. The room was really clean, great location if you’re going to something at Spark Arena. Sofa could be bigger and the parking was pretty pricey…all in all though pretty good value.

This hotel had a recent change of management which also meant updated fitouts. I have previously stayed when it was Nesuto Stadium and in Jan 2026 as the Oaks Auckland. Great location and perfect for families. There a bus stop just outside the hotel, a supermarket 100 metres away and train station withing a 5-minute walk. The apartment is modern and clean.
