MotorCity Casino Hotel
The staff was so kind/ professional. They were very friendly, compassionate and considerate. The bell hop( can't remember his name) was literally the mist helpful individual.

MGM Grand Detroit
We got in after our flight and it was well after 4:30 and they were telling everyone in line that no rooms were ready. We had to stow our luggage and get a text which was about 40 minutes later.
