「スタッフの素晴らしい対応！」

「This is a beautiful hotel on Loch Lamond but the real reason to come is for the romantic little res」

「After an issue with VRBO, we were given this hotel as an alternative accommodation. It was extremely expensive for what is essentially a very cheap, outdated, and poorly maintained hotel. We were given a room for four people with two small beds, and we could barely sleep. All we wanted was to get through the night and leave as quickly as possible. It is disgraceful that VRBO would offer such a hotel as an alternative, especially at such an inflated price. This experience was completely...

「No indication that hotel in midst of refurbishment meaning a few things missing (mirror) or not working (shower)」

「Great location, friendly staff happy to help.」

「Staff were welcoming and helping us to locate a laundromat. We couldn't check in early unless we paid a fee so we went off for an hour. Room comfortable although with Premier Inn there's a sense of not all Premier inns are maintained the same. Walls scuffed, carpet looks scuffy and worn. The cleaner came barging in at 9am our room had been ticked off already as we have left. We hadn't. Much apologies, showing the board to where it supposedly we had checked out.」

「This was the perfect place for it stay, perhaps one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Really comfortable lodgings with friendly staff.」

「The apartment is spacious. Everything is very clean and everything needed is included. The views are beautiful. 3 miles up the road to the main hotel, where the pool and restaurants are excellent.」

「This stay was okay. Granted I am uncertain of the location but I had a few expectations that definitely were not met. However this could very well be, you get what you pay for. The unit could definitely accommodate a good amount of people and for the cost subpar bedding and towels could be expected. The unit was clean but not something I would choose again. Perhaps a college student type stay. I messaged the property manager for parking and access and waited 72 hours and have never received a...

「Perfect Stay! The house itself is in great condition—everything was clean, charming, and comfortable. Gordon and Maggie were lovely hosts who gave excellent local suggestions, and the breakfast was fantastic. They even went out of their way to make me a full vegan breakfast and were incredibly cautious with food allergies. On top of that, the property surrounding the B&B is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!」
