「音がうるさい。 早くチェックインできた点はよし」

「空港からは近いがホテル前のバス停は6:13から毎時2本、土日は８時９時が始発。空港へはタクシー移動が基本かな。近所のガソリンスタンド併設コンビニ以外の店は休業中。四つ星だそうですがクーラーが無いので窓を開けていると道路騒音が気になる。まあ他のホテルが非常に高額なので不便を覚悟で利用しました。清潔ではあるしスタッフも好印象。」

「Beautiful room we had. Modern, clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tub over looked the River Clyde and Dumbarton Castle which was pretty amazing.」

「Tried to connect to WiFi, but could not be success due to the problem of my i phone?. Totally not bad hotel, but waited more than 15 minutes until I could check in since there was long line and only one receptionist was working at that time. 」

「Nice 2 day birthday break for my partner, hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were well equipped, although a smart tv would have gave it 5 stars instead of 4, bed was exceptionally comfortable & massive, food was great but slightly overpriced we thought, the SPA suite wasn't the best but relaxing, SPA treatments were way overpriced for what was on offer, but we enjoyed our stay 」

「The booking was for my elderly mother in law and the team were particularly helpful in assisting her when she looked herself out of her room, providing an additional key for her daughter to take of. They also happily printed off the boarding pass for her return journey.」

「Beautiful facility - we stayed in the lodge which some spots needed repair work. Not walkable or really close to town or train - need a car, as local taxis took a while to come. No shuttle available. Restaurant is excellent, breakfast was good. We are going back - will have a car next time. 」
