Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Take time to eat the incredible breakfast in the garden, watch the breathtaking sunset in the back it’s incredible. Alessio- does it all he was...

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous.
The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Florence. You literally get out of the door into everything you would need and want, including all the most amazing main attractions. A few steps from Il Duomo. Beautiful rooms, great service and they also have an adjacent rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the most beautiful sunset.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable.
I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite. Receptionist even walked us to our room, which I had never experienced before. Check-in was very smooth. After check out, they let us keep our car and luggage in their property for the day as long as needed, which was very thoughtful of them. Room was very nice, although it actually felt a little hot and we had to open window. But we didn't ask for help with that so that was our fault. Overall, amazing experience at hotel. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze. Regina also provided us with the map and to our surprise was also able to get us the booking for Academia Museum for the next day...in a nut shell...most amazing...
