「This property was just as advertised-immaculate and beautiful with a great view of the ocean. The owners were extremely helpful in preparing us for our stay and were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The property was very well-kept and centrally located to beaches/restaurants. Would stay here again without hesitation.」

「Villa Renaissance was a fabulous choice for our family. We booked room 602, a two bedroom unit. It was decorated very nicely, had a fully functioning kitchen, and washer dryer. We loved that the unit was close to the pool, lobby and resort exit to town, all very convenient. 「We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. It is advertised that there is a safe in the room- there is not. Restaurant access was fairly limited, but we didn’t mind walking and cabs were easy to come by. 「Beautiful rooms and landscape, but you will need to take a cab anywhere. The location is distant from beach and downtown. Cabs are very expensive (US$23 per person/anywhere) and only accepts cash. Please bring plenty of cash because ATM are ALL out of service in the island. 」
