「Awesome place directly across from the ocean just a 2 minute walk to the water, will definitely return」

「I gave this hotel a 3 star because although the staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately it was not up to my standards and I had to depart after 1 day. There was no hot water in the room but they did fix the issue the next day once I was already preparing to leave. The room was extremely hot although the ac unit was cold, the placement of the ac is not good for cooling the room because the beds are behind the wall where it is placed and I went over the summer when it was extremely hot....

「エクスペディアから予約確認メールが来てから1カ月後に、オーナーから直接メールが入り、諸事情(ダブルブッキング)で泊まれなくなったのでキャンセルしたとの連絡が入った。旅行日が迫っていたので、エクスペディアにも電話して対応をお願いしたが、自分で対応するしかないとの返事。オーナーと3週間ほど何度もメールのやり取りをした結果、この宿泊施設(Cekers Townhouse)を紹介されて泊まりました。元の宿泊施設は街の中心部まで歩いて5分、海が目の前のロケーション。3ベッドルーム。しかし、紹介された宿泊施設は街の中心部まで車で5分、海までは歩いて15分、2ベッドルーム。条件は悪化していますが、一切の値引きに応じてくれませんでした。 既に他のホテルはいっぱいで予算内で泊まれる所はなく、飛行機のチケットも変更できず、エクスペディアからも「オーナーと交渉して代替施設を紹介してもらうしかない」と言われ、やむなく泊まる判断をしました。 旅行前に、これだけ嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。この宿泊施設では、他にも同じような事象が発生しているようです。この宿泊施設を利用する方は十分ご注意下さい。」

「Did not stay long enough to find out. Location is very remote and there are no services, no restaurants, no shops, no conveniences or amenities. We left within the hour.」
