「I’m hoping this was a staffing issue but we had to change rooms at 11 pm before getting into bed (thankfully I checked). The sheets and toilet seat were covered in hair and what looked like grass ? The rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean. The woman who helped us was so kind, nothing on the front desk staff but management needs to better clean their rooms. 「My wife and I had to leave the hotel 2 days before our stay was scheduled to end because each night our room was bombarded with the smell of weed smoke and god knows what else, and fellow guests on our floor were blaring music and creating other suspicious noises that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. While the staff were kind and polite they were rarely at the desk when necessary. The room itself was still dirty in many places when we arrived, including ample hair left...

「Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

「Places is definitely not a Hilton. It looks like the hotel was once a Days Inn. The staff is very friendly. That’s about the only good thing I could say. The location of the place is very safe and secure. When I went to take a shower, I found hairs in the bathtub and I was so tired after a long day of traveling that I just washed them down myself.
