"This was first time using Vrbo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However my expectations, were far exceeded. When we first arrived, the host was extremely friendly, and noted places to go and eat. When we arrived at the cabin, it was exactly how it looks in the pictures. He, once again explained everything in detail how allof it works. The host was very informative. The cabin it self was great, and private. The only noise we heard was the water going downstream. There was a train, nearby. However we barely heard it, and didn’t affect how we slept. The cabin was extremely warm with the wood stove. The host was always there if needed but left us to be. The bathroom situation may seem, uncertain at first. But was very simple to use, and it never smelled! Overall if you want a cozy, warm , romantic, simple place to getaway. This would be the place to be. We will definitely be back. "

"Same great experience as the last time! The empire State parking pass on the fridge came in handy at Niagara Falls and saved us some money. The atmosphere inside and overall comfort level is top-notch!"

"Cabin was nice and clean. Went with my 10 year old son who enjoyed the snow as did we my husband and I. Family friendly and Host was very nice and respectful. Host answered any questions in a promptly manner. Comfortable beds and warm. Kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. Nice and quiet surroundings. I loved the coziness of the cabin, felt like home."

"The place was great. Remote but close enough to get groceries and such. This was everything we needed for a chill winter getaway. "

"It's a very inexpensive VRBO for the size. You're upstairs in an old home, so there are people below you. It's a very odd layout, as the bathroom is way in the back. The floors are not level (old home), and the kitchen is appropriately but sparsely furnished. Most importantly, everything is very clean!! The floors, carpet, furnishings, etc are new-ish. The beds are okay, but not superb. It's located about 3 blocks from the Hornell YMCA.Again, for the amount of space you're getting it's very reasonably priced. Overall I would describe it as inexpensively, but cleanly, furnished. Notice I did not say cheaply -- just inexpensively done. I would have no issues staying here again."

"This was a great little cottage with close access to Letchworth State Park. Everything we needed was provided, and we really loved the outdoor fire ring! Perfect for our family weekend away to experience New York fall foliage!"

"Everyone said this was an amazing find. We gather mostly around food, so the large dining area was crucial. But there was so much more to do- inside and out. The whether even cooperated so guests took advantage of wood walks, Letchworth and the play equipment. Looking forward to gathering another time in summer when we can take advantage of the pool and pond. "
