「This was a beautiful property in an amazing location. Our family had a wonderful time and definitely would come back again!」

「Had a lot of amenities and was good in that regard for the price but it was a bit dirty/musty and needed to be aired out.」

「Home was lovely and close to town. We loved the extras…bikes, corn hole, and fire pit! Kitchen was well stocked. The host and hostess had great communication. We would rent again for sure」

「Perfect location, great house, and host very easy to work with」

「This vacation home offers numerous delights! The first is the colorful mid-century modern decor, with a musical theme. Guitars decorate the walls and recorded music of all kinds is available. The next surprises are atop the spiral staircase, where floor-to-ceiling windows expand the spacious bedroom and open up the view from the generous soaker tub. After enjoying the shops and restaurants of nearby Bemus Point, watching the moon set over the fields and trees is a perfect end to the day.」

「This home was absolutely perfect for our family. The open, spacious floor plan made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to feel completely comfortable throughout our stay. The location is ideal—just a short drive to Bemus Point and Mayville—making daytime outings simple, fun, and convenient. We were able to enjoy so much of the area thanks to how well‑situated the property is.Steve and Aimee are truly excellent hosts. Their...

「Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...

「Our second stay here. Great location. Clean. Would stay here again.」

「The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. We appreciated the concerns expressed by our host Dana with my mobility issues, but everything went well.」

「Emily’s place was in a perfect location and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the porch. The grill was nice to use as well. A few things to keep in mind- there is no AC. Luckily, it wasn’t terribly hot when we stayed, and the fans did help. This is a large home that has a downstairs unit as well, which was empty when we were there. If you stay in the upstairs unit, there are stairs you must use to get into the unit, and a set of steps to get to the bedroom upstairs. We loved...

「Our return stay says it all! So comfortable and great location for walking to all places in Bemus. Especially enjoyed porch and patio time this year.」

「Beautiful home, perfect for a kids. Location was short, easy drive downtown to Bemus Point restaurants and stores.」

「The property was well-stocked with essentials and very clean. There were games to play. We loved the large Tetris and the foosball table. The deck, with its comfortable furniture, became a favorite place for relaxation. The host was wonderful with answering our questions and making sure we were satisfied. The ONLY disappointment was that while we were there, there was too much algae in the lake to swim at the cottage. Otherwise, all good!」

「The house does boast a beautiful view of the lake, and while you don't actually see the sun hit the horizon at sunset (blocked by trees), sunsets can be pretty. The space was well appointed. We were the only guests this particular weekend, and it seemed the neighboring houses were vacant as well, so it was quite serene.」

「 Very nice. Clean and wonderful location 」
