「Property and grounds were excellent, beautiful. The rooms could do with a little modernization but I completely understand as the age and history of the building. I had a great time, easily accessible to town and the commons.」

「We had a very late check in and the lady we dealt with in the office was understanding, helpful and well organised.」

「The hotel was beautiful and spacious. When we were there we ate both dinner and breakfast outside which was lovely, again looking over extensive grounds (although oddly the second tier of the garden below the main level was not well maintained at all) However the feel of the place was a bit chaotic and we heard a number of guests complaining about things which should have been easily remedied (tvs not right, AC not entirely working and so on) We had a lovely dinner but one of our servers made...

「Great location for visiting Chartwell, Hever Castle and other NT properties. Able to park in rear car park each night. No air conditioning but Dyson fan in room. Also Sipsmith sloe gin in room and resident lounge. Excellent food at dinner but marred by noise from kitchen- we could hear staff shouting at each other. Breakfast variable-full English great but coconut French toast inedible and ham Benedict only had half a muffin.」

「Too many rules stuck everywhere in the property. The lady that attended to us was impolite over the phone. Properrty difficult to locate. Need for signposts on the roads close to property.」

「Th Leicester Inn is a very old listed property and as such has some wonderful aspects giving it great character. Being old and listed also means that modern features like double glazing and air conditioning are not present and we stayed on one of the hottest days of the year. Our room was very hot but a fan was provided and we were able to have an open window. There is a good size car park at the rear of the Inn. Food and service were superb.」

「We just stayed the one night passing through and this was a very nice hotel. We booked in for Sunday Lunch and this was on of the best I have ever had in my life. The staff were very nice and high class, as was the venue. We only stayed one night but would like to stay longer next time.」
