「We enjoyed 3 nights at the Fairmont .The property was clean and the staff was helpful.It was conveniently located in the haram and going to and from from the masjid was very easy . The breakfast was very nice . The only think was the temperature in our room was very cold .We tried to change it but it didn’t work .We informed front desk and they said they will send engineer but no one came . Other than that we enjoyed our stay」

「Very friendly staff and extremely accommodating. Breakfast buffet was great. Location is perfect, short walk to Masjid al Nabawi. About 5 mins. Many shopping stores near by and local mall and Islamic museum. 10/10 stay in Madinah elhamdulilah. JAK」
