「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」

「Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath....

「Very nice expierence. Team is super friendly and responsive. Room was perfectly clean and well maintained. As written in some comments some general updating is required as the hotel is not brand new but for us it was still close to be perfect with only very minor things to improve.」

「The place is in a beautiful the view is espectacular for being all inclusive place I was not expecting not to be able to order what ever I wanted. There were lots of drinks that I could not order same for some dinner plates. This does not sound like all inclusive. There was no entertainment, also the transportation from Santo Domingo was 750 dollars this was unexpected, because in the Expedia app it says there is shuttle pick up and this is not true. The transportation is very expensive I feel...

「I was genuinely disappointed in the service. I emailed at the beginning of the week for to arrange transportation. Followed up. No response. I called and went to the front desk because the balcony door wouldn’t close, and as a result, the AC would not come on. No one ever same. I fixed it myself. Asked for sparkling champagne for myself and my partner. The staff brings him sparkling champagne, brings me white wine, as if I wouldn’t know the difference. 「アルバチアラホテルにしたのは他の方の評価がよかったのと、シーズンオフで価格が手が届く範囲だったので決めました。女子の1人旅でしたが広いお部屋を用意してもらいました。バルコニーが広く、キッチンもついていて、家族や恋人、友達同士で泊まったほうがいいですね。1人には十分すぎるほどでした。海に面していてすぐにビーチに行けるのもいいです。総合的にすごくよかったです。」

「ホテルの真ん中にプールがあり、それを囲むようにヴィラ形式に客室があります。庭にたくさんの緑があり、自然を満喫することができます。ビーチからは徒歩約５分かかりますが近すぎない分、他の旅行客がおらず静かな環境を楽しむことができました。ビーチが大変美しく、のんびりとリゾートを楽しむことができました。」
