"The reception staff and cleaning staff were great. However, a staff member working in the breakfast room was extremely rude, noisy and so unpleasant that she ruined my stay. Furthermore, the breakfast was uninteresting, cold and left exposed (no wrappings or coverings). Guests are crammed into a small breakfast room - after being made to wait for a long time.
