"Great location, close to Shinjuku station- about 6-10 minute walk. Close to many restaurants. Very small rooms. The buffet in the hotel was just ok and rather expensive for the available food options."

"The hotel is excellently located in Shinjuku. If you are new to Tokyo it is a good place to start and Shinjuku station gives easy access to the rest of the city. The breakfast was very good and unique offering everything from French chocolate croissants to Japanese curry. Also comes with a main menu item that was very good. More luxury than I at first thought and I found the room to be very comfortable. The height of the hotel also gives a fantastic view of Tokyo."

"The laundry room was nice to have. The room we had had no conditioning. Breakfast was good with lots of choices but extremely crowded. We had to wait in line to sit down. The bathroom had a tub in it that you had to step over to shower. Also we requested a double bed and we were told we could only have twin beds."
