"Hotel staff was very nice and ensured that our stay was more than amazing. Hotel is also in a location that is very accessible to the Shinjuku station especially to lines that were bound for Sanrio Puroland and Tokyo Disney resort. Not only that but the 7/11 being downstairs and attached to the hotel made late night food very convenient. I highly recommend and will sure be back to stay at this hotel. "

"this hotel was absolutely amazing. the staff was so nice, friendly and also very welcoming. i booked another hotel in a different area before my stay only to then rebooked chinzanso because i missed it. i would 100% recommend this hotel whether it’s your first stay in tokyo or you’ve been there before. amazing. the garden during the day and at night is breath taking. i could have spent so much time there. when i come back to tokyo i will 100% be staying here again. "Not bad of a location. About 10 min walk to station. Clean. It’s really close to the red light district if your into that. 7 11 is about a few min walk away. Close to a dotonbori. This place doesn’t have a high tech viewing system of the laundry timer but they have a seperated building that can do laundry faster. Staff and rooms were good and small tho"
