「for the money great hotel」

「The front desk agent was not at the front. Waited close to 5 minutes then she showed with not even the slightest smile on her face. The rooms are very dated and did not want to walk barefoot on the floor. Needs renovation.」

「Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Grand Junction was disappointing, despite the hotel being clean. The pool was closed for the season, which was not disclosed when booking. We were offered access to the indoor pool at the Fairfield next door, but that was inconvenient. The biggest issue was having no hot water for nearly our entire stay, leaving us unable to shower or properly wash up. The front desk seemed unaware of what was happening and kept guessing at when it would be fixed, seemingly just...

「部屋は広く清潔ですが少し暗いです。浴室のシャワーの温度調整が難しく、またシャワーの湯量が少ないです。」

「This hotel is a classical American motel. I could park a car in front of the door of the motel. It was very easy to carry baggage from the car to the room. It is about 90 minutes drive from the motel and Black Canyon National Park.」

「The rooms were clean, everything worked, food on site was good but most of all .... Staff (Melissa and Jehnay) were VERY ACCOMMODATING! I had to book at last minute for a funeral and everything went smoothly from start to finish! I had to opt in for a late check out and no questions asked. I highly recommend and will stay here again. Thank you so much! 10/2026」

「Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. 」

「Great place with lots of amenities and friendly community.」

「Great location in quiet downtown Crestone, easy check-in, everything clean as a whistle, no chemical odors. Friendly, communicative hosts, restaurants, and natural food store a short walk away. Highly recommend!」

「Great place close to the great sand dunes. Definitely recommend for a unique and fun stay.」

「Geodome and hot tub was great」

「Great location with some coffee shops, bars, restaurants and town. Perfect to use as a home base and explore the outdoors and surrounding towns in any direction. Clean, cozy and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.」
