"This cabin was super cute, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Views upon views from the deck with coffee in the morning and from the Hotub as well. Sunsets were spectacular. Stargazing in this dark sky location was unmatched! Beds were super comfy, the small but functional kitchen met all our needs. For the small items we needed assistance with, the owners was super responsive and helpful and gracious. I could not ask for a better owner than Charley! Convenient to Westcliffe but remote enough to feel like we really got away.We will be back for another visit! "

"This place was amazing! Inside perfect living space, clean. The real treat was outside. Venable creek is literally off the back deck. We sat out there listening and watching for hours. Plus it was a 2 minute drive to the Venable trail head. Great location for what we wanted. We had a. Issue with the fireplace our first night, the owner had people at the house within 15 minutes. No complaints whatsoever, my dogs loved it also. Will stay again! Ghanks"

"Me and my puppy had a blast! We chose this spot because I wanted my dog to be able to run around off leash and explore, and that's what we did every single day. I was working remotely and the wifi was perfect for that, and every morning, evening, and during my lunch break my puppy got to go romp in the woods. We ran into a moose! And found some bear poop. So I was a little nervous actually lol, thankfully my dog doesn't get too far away from me and has pretty good recall."
