The innkeeper was lovely, the room was very comfortable with everything you might need from hairdryer to iron and ironing board. 「The property was very nice. Well appointed and spacious. The fire pit was great and there was lots of firewood. We drove down to the river access and had a beautiful afternoon. I recommend a picnic down there! The house is within reasonable range from everything you might want. Use the property managers phone number for texting as email communication was spotty for us.」

「We had a great time staying at the Squirrel’s Nest. The location is secluded but still only 15 minutes away from Shenandoah. The cabin was warm & cozy and a perfect escape from everyday life. Hot tub was a plus!」
