「This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. 」

「I think we could have overlooked a lot of things if the floors had been clean. The dirt/gravel parking area leads right to the front porch, and the only welcome mat was also very dirty, as was the porch. Then there was no rug to wipe your feet on inside the house. The dirt on this floor was present when we arrived, but certainly didn’t improve by us going in and out. You cannot walk barefoot in this house, and our socks were filthy then too. 「The host was very nice and on top of everything, didn’t have to ask or wonder. Only thing was finding the rd for the first time in dark but that was me and the GPS. The cabin and amenities were in good condition. 」
