「Everything was great 」

「The bathroom sink leaked and the bed comforters didn't seem very clean. Most importantly, the bathtub featured drywall mesh patching and a lot of sparkle. I didn't like that; the bathtub floor had a lot "give." There was nice shampoo, but I usually bring my own soaps so I didn't ask. The staff was nice.」

「The only way to check in was via video kiosk. There were no staff present in the building and would not be until morning. Half of the building is boarded up. The floor in the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bedding did not appear to have been changed. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The fountain in the lobby had no water. 「The accomodations were very nice, the staff was helpful and informative, and although it was a casino, the room and hallways were quiet. We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great features.」

We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands.
