「Clean and pretty」

「My sheets smelled like a musty, man. The toilet was loose . I could not get it taking care of unless I was in the room. I should not need to be there for the room to be cleaned or for the toilet to be fixed. Very loud people staying there the room needs noise consolidation windows. The beds were very comfortable. Would have gave it a better rating if all those thing were taken care of. Tammy at the front desk was great. Also had unexpected fees 150 deposit that I have not gotten back yet. i...

「I would not recommend this hotel at all I had to change rooms 3 different times for a clean room. The pillows and towels were not cleaned and was dirty, food left on the floor from people that stayed before me, had to ask for a roll of toilet paper because none was in the room, pillows are very thin had to ball up a cover i brought to use for a pillow, very noisy people running up and down the hallway and it smelled like dog, cigarettes and mold this is probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at...

「We liked everything about the Hacienda Hotel, the water fountain, the gardens, the breakfast nook and the rocking chairs on veranda. The room was clean and the staff are accommodating. 」

「Traveling with 3 children ages 3 and under, our stay was great. The staff was great, vending machines didn't give us any issues. Breakfast was a little more than basic. Our room was very clean and close to dining & shopping. Small, but very clean and clear pool. We felt safe with Parking as we were in and out, alone mostly all night. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to stay again soon!! 」

「Breakfast had a good variety bacon, eggs bagels, danishes. Cereal. Our room was very dirty upon arriving hair in the bathroom shower, hair on the sinks. In the room was cold and the blankets felt moist and damp. I ended up switching hotels.」

「We stayed for two days, and there was no housekeeping. The rooms needed maintenance, and overall, this is a place that I will put on my do not visit list and I will no longer look into.」

「They room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, I was able to get top floor which was nice but I was connected to another room via the door and it did make me uncomfortable. For a room that was suppose to be quiet, it was very loud actually. But not to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Enjoyed my mini getaway 」

「The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! 」
