Stayed for 2 days, used the pools, and had dinner and breakfast onsite. The food was good. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean, well maintained and recently updated. Front desk was weirdly rude. Called multiple times, couldn’t get thru for things (I think that I called and got hung up on 3 different times and had to call back). Asked for shuttle from room to front it never came. Called for amenities that never were delivered. For what was otherwise an amazingly clean and nice property. The grounds staff, valets and onsite waiters were all great, and then the front desk was just so far below par. The facilities were busy, but nothing felt slammed. Overall price to value ratio was great, but the front desk was so glaringly bad that I couldn’t help but dock points.

The resort is doing 90 million dollars in upgrades. Our 2-bedroom suite was upgraded and was very nice. I had the pork at Rare and it was delicious, highly recommend. We went off site for dinner at Cooper's Hawk and it was amazing. The tennis camp was a lot of fun and also played pickleball. The pool area was just updated as well. They did plant all new vegetation but the 2 week cold spell killed everything unfortunately and must be redone. They are going to open the spa in March 2026 and there is a sports bar that is going to open. This was a great resort.. Had a blast.

Condition of the rooms are not great. I suffer from allergies and asthma. The air quality in the room was horrible. Carpeting and drapes being the culprit but also the air vents haven’t been cleaned hence my health from pollutant triggers. Staff are friendly, courteous, pleasant and very helpful. The sliding door in the bedroom does not lock. The windows slide open yet falls off track and is crooked when opened. Not an issue at first but eyebrow raised when front desk reminds me that it’s a renovated room.

They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room. Staff at front desk extremely rude. The filth on a can opener. And no amenities. Pool was closed. I feel like sending the pictures that I took to the health department and local news.

While a nice property, it is difficult to determine what population they are catering to. There is a $200 hold that a place on your card that you’re not told about until you check in. Valet is also a requirement. The pool and amenities at the pool are lovely and a good atmosphere. While the rooms are aesthetically, pleasing, the beds are not comfortable nor the pillows and the blankets are very thin.

Inside the room was good, except needed a desk. The exterior was still in terrible shape. Dead grass, trees and bushes. Stained sidewalks. Lots of disrepair. There is a terrible stink when you walk behind the main building over the bridge. And the whole park your car and walk around is somewhat annoying.

The facility is very good and beautiful, but the service was terrible. Upon arrival, we had to wait two hours—first because there were supposedly no rooms available, and then the manager finally assigned us one, stating that there *were* rooms after all. Furthermore, if you try calling them by phone—whether to request a pickup or for any other need—they simply don't answer.
