He was my first experience of what snowballed into excellent customer service by the entire staff! Judy was front desk was so amazing! Yetsi provided me with great housekeeping services! I loved the staff so much that I came back for a three day stay! I meet Jei and she was a fabulous person! Please continue to hire these type of people! "The staff was friendly. The room was very clean although it had a slight pee smell near the refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. A real bonus for a weary traveler was the bar area had hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and shrimp tacos. We ordered the burgers with fries and enjoyed them very much. we were so glad we didn’t have to drive to find a restaurant. We plan to stay here again. It is very convenient to be so close to the Moffitt Cancer Center."
