「Not bad 」

「The staff was freindly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. 」

「Took a few minutes to check in. The lobby looks like a disaster-luggages everywhere in piles. Feels very chaotic. When we were ready to shower at night, there’s no hot water. I called the front desk and found out their water heater was broken. Meanwhile, when we we turned on the shower, water leaked from behind the wall. So within a few seconds, there’s puddles of water on the bathroom floor. We could not shower. This issue was not fixed or addressed before we checked out. Will not stay here...
