「I booked at the last minute and when I arrived Keri greeted me with warmth and openness that started my stay off feeling comfortable and at ease. The room was fine. It was clean and cozy. I was in room 16 which felt a bit like I was in a corner closet do to it's location in an off shoot of the main hall. Once inside the room, it was decent space, tidy and acceptable. There wasn't any coffee in the room, which isn't a problem but did surprise me. The staff I dealt with made me feel at home.」

「The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is quite beautiful inside. The lack of elevator may be an issue with someone with mobility issues (our room was on the 2nd floor). There was a good shopping area nearby, including an Aldi (for groceries). The hotel restaurant was very good, with a good selection for dinner options. It was just a couple of blocks away from public transportation.」
