"Was a great experience except didn't receive my deposit"

"The self check in was horrible when you arrive. There is no valet parking anymore. the carpet in the hallway is worn and old. There was hair in my shower, and the the bathroom floors where filthy in the corners."

"Sahara was nice. Clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. My only complaint was the hard a*s pillows. I complained to 4 different people hoping they can get some sort of different pillow and nothing. Super unhelpful. Ended up asking for a comforter and they brought a blanket. Was thinking about buying a pillow for the time being but didn’t want to travel back. Will not return just for the hard pillows. Chicken and Pete’s was reallllly good tho!!!!"

"Everything was fine, when we asked for more towels or anything else they were prompt at getting them for us. We were comfortable there"

"The Venetian is such a beautiful Resort! It is so big and grand. We loved our stay there. I hate we couldn’t get a Sphere view without paying so much extra but we enjoyed our room the time that we did spend in there. My only advice is to get softer toilet paper and a waste basket put near make up table. 😜"
