"I been all around the world and this is one of the most horrible experiences ever. Nobody helps you (hidden fees) room looks ok but bathroom was stained, water you couldn’t turn off the shower was super outdated and so on. Just horrible. I don’t feel like typing but never again will I stay there"

"Versalles tower is very far from the casino very long and confusing walk. This tower is not from the Paris hotel "

"No where to sit at the pool if it’s busy unless you want to pay for a cabana or chairs with an umbrella. There’s a bar which has a zebra head not sure of the name buts outside of it is disgusting. Theres tables and chairs outside where would have been nice for morning coffee( coffe place right by it) The tables weren’t cleaned the whole time we were there. There was a homeless man camped out there . The hotel is going down hill for sure."

"Rooms in the renovated tower were ok. Clean. Cheap eats inside hotel. Didn't like that they charged for late check out. No valet. "
