Kabir est la personne qui nous a accueilli à la réception, il est très serviable et professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec nos bagages à l’aéroport ce qui a fait que nous sommes arrivés en retard le premier jour, mais Kabir était là pour nous assister même très tard le soir ( Jusqu’à 4h du matin). "The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good and offered a nice variety, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. However, the front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. In particular, one of the male staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful, which unfortunately affected the overall experience."
