「Exceptional stay. The surroundings, accomodations, and feel of this historic place will definitely be a memory hard to forget.」

「The room was very clean. The staff cleaned daily. Breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold choices with some of the choices being different each day. The eating areas are pleasant and very clean. A great location. The front desk staff were all friendly, responsive, and helpful. The hot tub and pool were great and also clean.」

「立派なホテルでしたので、髭剃り、歯ブラシがなかったのが意外でした。 １つだけ、気になったのはタオル（白）が汚れているものが１つだけあり、 タオルを配置したときになぜこの汚れに気がつかなかったんだろう、と 言うレベルの、はっきりした汚れでした。洗濯はされているようでしたが、 洗濯しても汚れが完全に落ちなかったかのような状態でした。 汚れが落ちなかったタオルは除外して、別の白いタオルを置けば良いのに、と個人的には感じました。その点が少し残念でした。 その他は、朝食も美味しく満足しております。また泊まりたいと思う心地良さがありました。」

「This is a true story. The bed and pillow were so comfortable that my hisband and i removed the sheets, comforter, bed protecttor, mattress protector till we could find the mattress label. Same with pillow. Came home and found them both online and ordered new mattress and several pillows for our home. Room was very clean, bathtub so sparking clean I felt comfortable taking a bath, which is very rare for me at a hotel. Breakfast bar was nice. Hosts were nice. I highly recommend the Roosevelt.」

「部屋は清潔で気持ちが良い。 Wifiはよく切れます。 朝食は品数が少ない。 到着時にベッドにぬいぐるみが飾っており、一見お土産のノベルティのように見えるが、実は売り物なので買うつもりがないなら要注意。」

「Yes for clean room, friendly staff, nice amenities. Not so good with missing soap. Breakfast is nice, but another hot item like oatmeal would be better.」

「Kitchen had everything we needed. Heating system was quick and effective. Atmosphere cozy!」

「The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made sure you felt comfortable :) the rooms and facility were clean and the hot tub in pool area were very nice. The free breakfast had a decent selection and there were also freshly baked cookies and s’mores materials available in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting West Yellowstone. 」
