「Booked "Premium" lakeview Room. Asked for ground floor, was told ground floor would be more money. No real view of the lake.」

「Everything was great!」

「We very much liked the whole property. Our only complaint was the light bulbs in the room were too dull. 「Expedia and Lonesome dove ranch overbooked and we were told when we arrived we did not have a place to stay. Staff said Expedia wouldn’t give them our phone number to let us know. Difficult to find another hotel at last minute. Was a terrible experience. Not sure who messed up but we suffered the consequences from someone else’s mistake.」
