"Wonderful staff, after an unfortunate booking at a hotel down the street that was disgusting we contacted the Comfort Inn where they were able to get us a room and before check-in time. This establishment was very clean, staff was very professional and 10 out of 10 I would stay here again."

"We chose this because typically the Baymont hotels are decent quality. This was an exception and we found out it was an old Econolodge so maybe that is part of the problem. The positives: staff were super friendly and efficient. Location was convenient. The allowed our dogs for an additional fee. Negatives: Room was equipped with a weird press board closet, no light on one side of the bed, and the tile in the bathroom was either an extremely unfortunate design choice OR splattered with poop because that is how it looked. So gross. I think it was the former since nothing smelled like poop. But who in their right mind would pick this for a bathroom? Breakfast was the usual bag made scrambled eggs, processed breads , waffle maker etc that seems to be the MO in all these moderately priced places. We would not stay there again. With some updates it could be nice."

"The night manager was extremely nice and helpful. The facility was clean and easy to get around."

"The was extremely dirty. Bathroom was disgusting dirt, hair, dirty towels were in the bathroom. The front door looked like somebody had tried to kick it in completely scraped up very disappointing. Ran my finger across the top of the air-conditioning unit. The dust was extremely thick. Appeared to not have been wiped down or cleaned in a long time. Went back and looked at the pictures from the Expedia website. They do not match the actual on-site of the Red Lion. The entire facility looks rundown dirty unclean. We had to go up the stairs to get to the second level. There was a dirty mop bucket that looked like it had been sitting out for weeks with grime all over it. I would never recommend this place again. If it wasn’t late at night, we would’ve left and found another place. That’s how bad it was."

"They fail to advertise the locomotives that pass by at various times throughout the night. They do have ear plugs at no cost. No fitness center. Lousy breakfast. I will not return."

"This is a low cost hotel that allows pets. That also means no shampoo or conditioner in the room, just bar soap. Shampoo is in the vending machine for $1. In the morning there is coffee and hot water, but that's it. You can hear the next room's conversation, and when they use the shower. Location is good, near Reserve street and the interstate. Staff was helpful and kind, if also exhausted."
