「laundry at property, very good breakfast」

「Our stay was great except for the daysgift front desk person on Sat and Sun. Our keys quit working on Saturday when my husband told her she made it known she didn't know how it kept happening after all her master key was working. Next morning as we are eating breakfast I watched three different people come up to the desk to check+out each time they had to wait awhile since she kept going to the back, it was check out time she was not paying attention to the front desk. Again on Sunday our keys...

「The night lady isn't great for business, she's not very professional at all. Rooms are ok but not cleaned very well. Showers are dirty sheets and pillows are old and stained. Beds are horrible and house keeping walks in without knocking first.」

「While the room was clean, the shower head was clogged and didn't work well. We had 3 guests with only 2 towels, so as I searched for another towel, I had to help myself to one in the laundry room because no one was at the desk for a long period of time. The ice machine didn't work, and when the young man did return to the desk, he told me to just go into the pantry and grab some (incredibly unsanitary!). The young lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful.」

「I booked a walk in shower because of hip surgery. They did not have a room on the first floor but they were able to find one on the secone floor. I was also expecting a bell boy to help me with my luggage. There was none.」

「Well, when you first pull up, there’s a couple of the bottom Hotel windows open with rolls of carpet and garbage hanging out of them as if they were in the middle of doing some remodels but then stopped. Went inside no Hotel staff used the phone at the front desk for them to tell me my key was laying there in a plastic container. 「Can’t complain about anything very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Great breakfast did not really interact with the staff, but everything was excellent.」
