"This is a nice hotel but what gives it the 5 star rating is the staff. Every person is helpful, friendly and speaks to you on a personal level. I had requested specific beds and it was honored and upon entering the room, they even had the extra bedding we needed ready for us. All of the staff would acknowledge you and was amazing.
