Comfy beds, clean rooms with no smell. Great city views. Parking was confusing as signs were not helpful and paint/stickers chipping away so it was hard to tell how to get to where you needed to be. I’d probably take advantage of valet next time to avoid walking aimlessly.

Wow! The staff was incredible!! There was an issue with the keycard entry on our door which meant we needed to change rooms. It could have been frustrating and put a damper on the weekend but the staff went well out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Anita, Samson, Carla and Darin were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. It was a very refreshing change from customer service these days! Our room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great! My kids loved the pool and the full-sized indoor basketball court! What a hit! We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks, Hyatt staff!

Clean- comfortable- very nice. Self park in adjacent parking garage for $30-37 per day depending on in/out. Mentioning this because I had missed this thinking only valet. People are helpful. Lobby has great area to hang out in front of the fireplace. Location felt safe.
