"For us Dubai was disappointing until we got to this resort. It was amazing. Incredible staff. Wonderful rooms and we got the basic one. Food was great. Service for food outside of the restaurant was slow but it’s slow travel. Activities were great. We wish we had booked for more than two days. It’s worth going to Dubai just for this resort. "

"The hospitality I received from the moment I stepped out of my taxi was very professional. Check in attendant went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The morning breakfast was very delicious with plenty to choose from, including a delicious omelet prepared on the spot by a chef. The wait staff went above and beyond what one would expect, especially for a free breakfast. The waiter that stood out the most was Mr Batran. Two mornings he went out of his way to ensure I started my day...

"Inside room quality is not that great, I will say three star hotels room, 4 people room and wash room was too small even the wardrobe door was broken and too small, look like repainted."
