Great service from staff. The hotel was really nice with good views and amenities.

I haven’t experienced hotel service like this in a long time, spotless, attentive and friendly staff, excellent amenities and extras. Would recommend to others and visit again myself.

Great and beautiful property. Service was amazing, including cleaners and wait staff on the pool. Location is a little far away from the main Palm, but good if you want a quieter trip. Only feedback was that upon check-in we were not told of the hotel amenities, which we found at the end of our stay. Would have been good to know more about these, give the price paid for the hotel.
