"Everything was perfect from day one. Me and my partner stayed at Rixos Downtown for 7 nights. We had the best, the most relaxing time even. The clients experience is extremely luxurious. All staff, starting from the reception desk, restaurant, clients agents, bartenders, waitress and waitresses, cleaners was extremely nice, helpful and especially Anna- client agent, who was looking after us, went above and beyond, an extra mile, to make even our last hours in the hotel the most enjoyable. All hotel was extremely clean. Room was spotless, with incredible, lovely smell. Everything was just perfect and much more. "
