Amazing food and desserts, great hospitability. Room was clean, pool was cool and clean. Indoor pool was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite nice. Highlight of the trip was definitely the food. Kudos to the cooking and service crew. Wine quality could be a bit better, that is the only negative!

Our stay started with more than a 1-hour wait for our room, despite the check-in being supposed to be at 2 p.m. The food and the internet are excellent; everything else is very bad. The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures. Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason. Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before. Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services. I don't recommend this hotel 👎

Begeisternd waren die MA dir immer hilfberreit, net und freundlixh gewesen sind. Unterkunft an sich war ok jedoch gab es mehrere renovierungen die erledigt werden sollte. Da es ein neuen inhaber bekommen hat kommt das bestimmt noch. Ideal für familien mit kinder. Essen war sehr grosszügig jede menge zur auswahl und das den ganzen tag lang. Es war alles super und schön bis auf den Baustelle neden an die lange bis späte abend gearbeitet haben.

Das Hotel und dessen Einrichtung ist wunderschön, und wenn man in die Lobby reinkommt, riecht es sehr angenehm. Das Personal leistet auch sehr gute Arbeit; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Housekeeping hat während unseres Aufenthalts das Bad und den Balkon stark vernachlässigt und hauptsächlich nur die Betten gemacht. Das war das Einzige, was uns gestört hat, aber insgesamt fanden wir das Hotel sehr schön.

Zimmer war eine Katastrophe überall Gelsen & Fliegen(kommt von der Lüftung) Essen war Ok Game Center ist ebenso eine Enttäuschung, es steht eine Zahlung per Karte ist möglich, ist es aber nicht, nur in Bar oder per Banküberweisung möglich - eine Banküberweisung von einem Auslandskonto in ein Türkisches Konto dauert sbef 4-5 Werktage :D also somit sinnlos

Tolles Hotel, welches vor 3 Monaten eröffnet wurde. Die Zimmer sind jedoch nicht die Neusten aber trotzdem sehr schön.ca. 30 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Stadt befindet sich 40 Autominuten entfernt. In direkter Nähe gibt es leider keine Läden, jedoch mit dem Taxi nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Kaliteli bir hotel

Otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar her şey çok güzeldi. Yönetim, müdürler ve tüm personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Yemekler oldukça lezzetli, içkiler de oldukça kaliteliydi. Basit otel içkisi servis edilmiyordu. Bir çok otelde tatil yaptım bu bağlamda yeni yönetimiyle kaliteli bir yolda giden bir otel olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tekrar gideceğim. Bütün otel personelini çok teşekkür ederim. Özellikle Barmen Batuhan'a, animasyondan Harry ve İbrahim'e. Servisten Orhan, Barış ve Gizem'e çok teşekkür ediyoruz.
