My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were lovely and the facilities were great! It’s also in a great location, with beaches close by and lots of dining options in and around the hotel. We had a late flight and the staff looked after us even after we checked out, making sure we had space to sit, access to toilets and even shower rooms, which again, were super clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was tidy and fresh. Great staff. They were helpful and attentive to my needs. A special mention goes to Bilal, Doğan and the guy who let me know that the pharmacy is closed on Sundays. The on-site mini-market was handy for last-minute snacks and toiletries, saving trips out. Though prices were a bit higher, the convenience was well worth it. The hotel is very welcoming and comfortable, made my stay so much easier. Thank you guys.

A really nice, modern and clean hotel which is located in a nice area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast and housekeeping was excellent. My husband and I will definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

It was a fantastic stay! The reception staff was so nice and very helpful. The rooms and the whole building are very clean. The breakfast is absolutely great. Best omelette i have ever eaten by the way and the kitchen staff were always smiling, what else when you wake up? the room cleaners were super nice too and helpful. Free Turkish tea at the reception anytime. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

I've been to Turkey twice prior to this trip and this is most definitely the nicest and best hotel I've ever stayed at! The design aesthetic is absolutely beautiful, the staff and manager are so sweet and VERY accommodating! And for everything you get, the price is great. Would recommend to anyone visiting Antalya and will stay again on my next trip!

The room and the staff were nice. The location of the hotel was ideal too. But there were a couple of things missing in the room e.g. small toothpaste. Also the food served at the hotel weren’t the nicest (defo don’t order their pizza)

The staff were nice and helpful when needed. The hotel is not the best option for the family with young children (below 10 years old), however, the best fit for people visiting medical park for the plastic surgery. In the morning, there were a bit of noise from streets around and the hotel facilities.

Very nice new hotel. We had a spacious room. Comfortable bed. Hotel has Netflix, which was a big plus. Staff was nice, friendly. Cleaning team were amazing! Hotel and room were always spottles! Area itself was good, close to the sea, dining areas, also close to main shopping centre. Easy to catch a bus. The only negative thing was that unfortunately the hotel had some 0 mannered guests during our stay, which were really disturbing. Apart from that, 5 starts 🌟

Arrival staff reception was excellent. Bilal was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Fairly clean swimming pool. Jacuzzi in the room but no hot water. We made a request.they fixed the problem on 3rd day but water was only warm. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Last day staff was extremely disappointing. We paid for Limousine to the airport but we did not get it

Stayed here for 7 nights with a family of 4, service was excellent, staff 10/10 very helpful, house keeping staff Sabina cleaned our room exceptional with fresh towels daily and top of waters etc! Breakfast was decent with many choices to hand. Pool area and outside is lovely and relaxing but a little small. Location is decent but main parts will require taxi which comes to around £5-£6 approx depends where you’re going. Downloading BiTaksi app came in hand to roughly know cost of travels from places! Many shops and restaurants nearby literally around the corner is a busy Main street with lots of choices. We used a food app Yemeksepeti for foods and desserts. Building works going on around the hotel which include new Maja cafe and spa (would of topped off the holiday even more) Overall stay in Antalya was lovely! Would recommend a stay here!! Thank you all for making our holiday lovely!

Worse experience!! There was a mouse inside of the room. The personal was not that kind. They told me that they would apologize with better service and they didnt. There is no hot water, and also not enough water to take shower. The experience was bad. The only good thing is that the location is perfect to be at the center of Lara.

Rooms smelled like weed

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with clean rooms and a central location close to everything. However, one significant issue seriously impacted our stay: the behavior of other guests, specifically a group of tourists from the UK. These guests took over the already small pool, drinking in the water, smoking in various areas, and leaving tanning lotion stains on surfaces. They were extremely loud during breakfast, belching and hoarding large amounts of food that was mostly wasted or brought back to their rooms, causing bad odors in the hallways. In addition, there was a persistent, overwhelming smell of weed coming from certain rooms, where guests were clearly smoking heavily each day. The smell was so strong it spread into the hallways, making it feel like we were inhaling secondhand smoke throughout our stay. We, along with other guests, raised these concerns with the staff multiple times, but no action was taken. Worse, the staff even encouraged drinking in the pool by serving alcohol directly to guests as they swam. While the hotel itself has appealing rooms and amenities, the management’s lack of action to address these issues made our stay uncomfortable. Unless these problems are resolved, we cannot recommend this hotel. 2/5 stars.
